2) Refund Policy & Chargebacks

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. Any attempt by a customer to exploit or breach our terms and conditions through a chargeback will result in a ban from making further purchases from Pyro's Dev Shop. We will provide evidence to the credit card company to substantiate our terms and conditions, confirming the successful delivery of the product to the customer.

3) Use and Distribution of Products and Services

Our products must not be used for:

• Resale Prohibition: You are not allowed to resell our products under any circumstances.
• Modification Restriction: Editing our textures or models is strictly forbidden, as it is considered ripping. (Products with editable files included are exempt from this rule; if uncertain, please inquire through a support ticket.)
• Redistribution Guidelines: Our products should not be shared beyond your server's development team. Anyone within your team who receives our products must delete them upon leaving. Donated products must also be removed from the server if the donor departs.
• Proper Credits: It is not permitted to claim authorship of our products; appropriate credits must be given when required.
• Commission Rights: We retain the right to sell commissions to others unless otherwise agreed upon with the Pyro’s Dev Shop management team.
• Asset Removal: If requested by our management you must delete all assets associated with Pyro's Dev Shop within 24 hours
• Development Assets: Any development assets provided, such as .obj and .blend files, must only be listed as paid and locked. Permission to use development assets can be revoked at anytime without reason or notice.

4) External 3rd Party Websites

• Pyro's Dev Shop exclusively operates on (https://pyrosdevshop.com/) and (https://discord.gg/pds). We do not have any other verified websites, and if you choose to download or purchase products from other third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. Pyro's Dev Shop is not affiliated with these unauthorised websites, and any downloads obtained from them will result in a ban from making purchases on our online store and via Discord.

5) Personal Information

• Any personal information collected is securely stored by our website provider, Tebex. Only the Pyro's Dev Shop management team has access to this information, and it is protected from unauthorised access. We prioritise the confidentiality and security of your personal information and take appropriate measures to ensure its protection.

When you make a purchase from us, you're buying a license to use the digital virtual items included in your purchase. Please note that this transaction is final, and we do not offer refunds. If you're banned from the Platform for violating the rules, you won't be eligible for a refund. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Access to the Platform is not guaranteed, and if the server is discontinued, any virtual items will be lost.
